Great question! For condom wrappers you can choose either solid wrappers or clear wrappers (assorted colors /single color). You also have the option for Condom Keychains, or ONE® Condom Cases, or Custom Buttercups Select one of those products, and then click “Customize It” to begin your masterpiece! You can upload your own images (check our art guidelines) and add text as needed. Then follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Orders that were already printed will not be refunded. If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible so we can edit the shipping address before the order ships.

You can also participate in the Design ONE® Contest, for a chance to win prizes and see your art on ONE® Condoms wrappers. You do have the option of printing your logo on our ONE® Condoms Carrying Cases, which also come with 2 ONE® Condoms inside. Our Custom Condoms® products use high-quality condoms that are in square wrappers. They Keychains also use high-quality condoms, that are rectangular.

The most common reason is if your billing zip code and address does not match what you have registered with your bank. If you’ve confirmed that’s correct and you’re still getting and error message, contact us and we can resolve together.

The online editing tools on our website currently accept .jpg, .png and .gif. If you have another file format, you can email it to us directly at customcondoms@globalprotection.com.

You could start here to select your product. Then click the Design Now button. Upload your images using the design tool, and add extra text as you’d like. Check out our art guidelines, and stay away from copyrighted material (like Disney, sports team logos, and generally just designs you did not create or have rights to use).

When you are on the design editor page, such as this one, you’ll see the button that says “SAVE.” Enter your email address, and the system will then save your design under that email address. You can then see your saved images under the “Saved Product” button. When you login to your account, you can also see any previous orders — including the design you created.

We have a super high-tech machine that reproduces your artwork based on the artwork you submit. PMS color matching is not currently an option.

On the condom wrappers designed through customcondoms.com, the back of the wrapper is not customizable. The regulatory information is on one side so we cannot print over that. On bulk orders over 10K (foil printing), you can partially customize the back, such as adding your company logo. But the required regulatory info will also be on the back. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another email with your tracking number, once the order ships. Yes. Our condoms meet the high quality standards as mandated by the FDA. They are cleared for sale by the FDA for the purpose of preventing unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections.

Condoms have a 5-year expiration date from when they are manufactured.

Our condoms use a medical grade, high quality silicone lubricant.

The Custom Condoms® program (www.customcondoms.com) allows you to apply your logo or design to a variety of ready-made condom promotional items, such as condom keychains, condom pops, condom buttercups, condom wrappers, or condom cases. They are intended more as promotional items, such as for events, parties, or giveaways. Condoms are classified as a medical device, and the packaging of condoms is overseen by the FDA. Because Global Protection is the condom manufacturer, Custom Condoms® products cannot be repackaged into retail cartons (such as 3-packs or 12-packs). There are very specific rules/text and lot coding for retail cartons that must be approved and overseen by Global Protection (the manufacturer). Custom Condoms® thus cannot be sold in-store or in a retail setting. If you are interested in retail packaging or developing an actual brand for sale, please check our Private Label program.
